Dr. Ghulam Mohey-ud-din is an experienced and credible economist, known for making a viable contribution to development and urban infrastructure sector projects. He is recognized and applauded widely for International Publications of Book and 10+ Research papers. 

His peculiar achievements include but are not limited to play a key role as a team member in developing Pakistan’s first ever Foreign Aid Policy, drafting project proposal and other policies for urban project planning and implementations.

His major projects include Punjab Spatial Strategy 2020-2040, Ravi Riverfront Urban Development Project, Census of Small and Cottage Industries in Punjab 2012-14 & Public-Sector Capacity Building Project for world bank, Govt. of Pakistan, and Govt. of Punjab
